The film world can often feel like a closed door we keep knocking on. Everything costs too much and takes too long. Point, Shoot, Repeat is your antidote.
It’s open to anyone — of any experience level — who’s interested in making film and wants to stop waiting for a script to be read or for funding to finally come through, and instead just get on and make something.
Led by Chris New, co-founder of Makers’ House (who has made feature films including Chicken and the acclaimed Weekend), each meeting will explore alternative routes for filmmakers and create a space where projects can take off.
The meeting will take place at Makers’ House Hastings on Friday March 20th, 7.00pm–9.30pm. The £5 booking fee is to cover the space rental and refreshments.
Future meetings will be help on every third Friday from then on.
