What happens if I need to cancel my class booking?
If you have signed up and paid for a workshop and then need to cancel, we understand that this can be very inconvenient and is rarely through choice. For ease and to reduce administrative work, we prefer people to take a credit for a future workshop rather than being refunded, but should you require the funds rather than a future place, here is our refund policy.
More than 60 days’ notice: We refund all fees paid other than the non-refundable deposit which is £10 for any one day course, £60 for courses up to one-week in duration and £100 for any courses with a duration over one week.
21-60 days’ notice: 50% refund or credit against a future workshop.
14-21 days’ notice: 30% refund or credit for a future workshop.
Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund or credit for a future workshop is possible if cancelling.
If we can fill your place:
Regardless of how much notice is given, if your place can be filled by someone on our waiting list, you will receive all fees paid other than the non-refundable deposit (£10/£60/£100). We would always prefer to offer this and will always do our best to fill a cancelled space but please note it is not always possible.

Where do I stay?
Some local residents enjoy hosting visitors for a reasonable fee. We have collated a list of these and can help you find reasonably priced accommodation. For more details please email.
St Leonards also has a wealth of local businesses who can host you. Two are within 1 minute of the house - Tower House and The Knowle. We also can recommend The Old Rectory.

Is there parking?
There is free on-street parking around the house. We do ask that visitors be very mindful of our neighbours - please don’t block their driveways.
