For over 100 years, Kabarett has remained the rebellious, beating heart of live entertainment, its biting blend of Weimar Berlin cabaret and British seaside Music Hall embraced anew by each generation.
And now it’s your turn…
Whether you have musical experience or none at all, internationally renowned Kabarett sensation JOE BLACK will guide you in fusing story and song into the sharp, satirical interplay that is the essence of Kabarett.
The workshop will conclude with a salon-style performance at Makers’ House in front of a live audience.
The course takes place at Makers’ House Hastings from Saturday 6th to Sunday 7th June, 10am to 5pm. The performance will occur on the Sunday evening. Places are limited.
If you need help finding reasonably priced accommodation, or you would like to attend the course but the cost is prohibitive, then please email us here so we can discuss local accommodation offers, or to enquire if our bursary scheme might be able to help.
