Clown and the Art of Play with Dan Lees - 9th-10th May
Human beings must always be good, conceal their faults, and never make mistakes
The clown, on the other hand, finds pleasure in being bad, disguises nothing, and, as a result, finds freedom.
Join internationally renowned clown master Dan Lees for this two-day masterclass, where he encourages you to embody your true, idiotic self with optimism and sensitivity. In doing so, you’ll open your imagination to a place of infinite possibilities for laughter and play.
The workshop is intended for participants of all experience levels, ages and body types. The course takes place at Makers’ House Hastings from Saturday 9th to Sunday 10th May, 10am to 5pm.
If you need help finding reasonably priced accommodation, or you would like to attend the course but the cost is prohibitive, then please email us here so we can discuss local accommodation offers, or to enquire if our bursary scheme might be able to help.
